Today our topic is organization. I’m liking this marbled jewelry dish and I am impressed with this beautiful packaging. An eco-friendly box with decorated top in matching colors arrives containing the jewelry dish. The jewelry dish will be wrapped in bubble wrap and more bubble wrap will be protecting the box in transit. This customer picture does not show the bubble wrap. Customer shared this pic because she loved the presentation and was amazed by the decorations on the box! If you are thinking to get this for someone then this jewelry dish is gift giving ready!
All designs are different and not one is like the other; Really OOAK and very functional.
About organization, these jewelry dishes keep rings, earrings, pendants, necklace or any other special treasure by the bedside at night. What a clever idea! It’s also small enough to fit in almost any area of the night table, dresser or any bathroom countertop.
This shop makes these dishes in marbled colors, or monogrammed with letter initials, and each one is edged with metallic paint. They take custom orders too, so I’m thinking bride’s gifts or wedding decor!
Below are a few pics of other jewelry dishes in the shop.
Today I am sharing a milestone! 🙂 I received this badge today for my 2 year anniversary on this blog! Thank you to all my followers and readers! I will continue posting more fun inspirational entries. Stay tuned!
My daughter enjoys her miniature doll house. Her favorite past-time is to dress the toys in all kinds of different outfits. She can spend hours in pretend play with her toys and accessories. She also makes videos of them. Well, this is how the idea of creating and designing accessories for miniature toys was born. It’s been a lot of fun! 🙂 Needless to say, my daughter is at the center of my inspiration for these. She is my companion every time I have needle and thread, yarn, and buttons around. She is ready to help and give me ideas, every time! She does not want to miss in the fun of making these cuties.
I even created crochet Elf Hat or beanies in seasonal colors. Loving yarn and crochet as much as I do, I really had to do it.
Today I am hosting Luisa, shop owner of LittleGemsbyLuisa on Etsy. Here is my interview.
1. How did your start your business? What motivated you to open your Etsy shop?
“I started my business by making myself a customized bracelet. I think that I never hit puberty. I have very dainty features! I was wearing one of my designs at work one day and colleagues wanted to have one too. A few months later I started selling so much I was able to save enough to pay for our wedding reception. Several years later, and two kids later, I finally took the plunge in to Etsy. I wanted to do something I loved that generated revenue and allowed me the flexibility to be at home with the kids.”
2. Which item in your shop is your favorite? Why?
“That’s a hard one! I am into my bohemian phase right now. I love all long wooden necklaces and my leather bracelets too.”
3. When did you learn your craft?
“I started knitting with my mother at around 8. I’ve been beading for over a decade now.”
4. Is there anything else you would like to share?
“Don’t try to please everyone. There is a reason why people like your creations, you made them. Learn about social media, take excellent pictures and don’t expect over night success. Measure achievement by where you were yesterday, last year and compare it to the present.”
